All we ask is that you aim to raise a minimum of £200 for Harmeny. All funds raised will ensure that our children and young people can access specialist therapeutic support and opportunities to build confidence, friendships and vital skills for work and life.

No previous experience is needed to take part: it’s suitable for everyone 18 years old or over. A team of highly skilled instructors will ensure you are equipped with everything you need to make your abseil safe and enjoyable.
